Dear co-owners of our house!
The Board of Condominiums informs you that starting from October 2023, we are working on renewing the Agreements with the providers who have entered our building and provide you with telecommunication services.
Any provider may enter into an Easement Agreement with the HOA and provide telecommunication services to the co-owners and residents of our building.
The following providers are currently working in our building: Intrafik LLC (contract E), Ukrdatacom LLC (Rusanovka-Net) (in the process of signing the contract), KTM LLC (Volya) (in the process of signing the contract), SPE Information Technologies LLC (in the process of signing the contract), Kyivstar PJSC (in the process of signing the contract), Faust LLC (in the process of signing the contract), Farlet-Invest PJSC (Vega, the contract is signed). In the process of registration means that providers must provide condominiums with copies of the agreement with DTEK, without whose permission sub-subscribers are not allowed to connect to the power grids.
A provider that needs permission to place its equipment in the common areas of the building may request to enter into an easement agreement with the HOA by providing a package of permits for the relevant activities and a copy of the agreement with DTEK on the supply of electricity for its equipment in the building.
If the provider does not enter into an agreement with DTEK, the condominium is not entitled to cooperate with the provider, as connecting a sub-subscriber without DTEK's consent is a gross violation of the rules for the use of electricity, which is punishable by a fine.
If the providers do not enter into easement agreements with the necessary documents by 01.04.2024, the condominiums will be forced to terminate their legal relations with them.
