In January 2024, the Board of Directors of "Florencii 5" will renegotiate contracts with all Internet providers used by the residents of our building.
We inherited perpetual agreements that were concluded with Ukrzhytloservis and which (for some reason) were drawn up in favor of the provider. Today, many condominiums in the city that have a similar situation have begun work that will allow them to resolve this issue in accordance with the law. We need to protect the interests of the building and bring contractual relations with providers in line with the current situation. Currently, all agreements with providers that serve subscribers living in our building expire on December 31, 2023, and new agreements can only be concluded if certain providers provide Internet services to our co-owners. Those providers whose equipment from previous years remained in the building and who do not provide services to the co-owners/residents of the building will be disconnected from January 1, 2024. However, we do not exclude the possibility that one of the providers provides services to you, but does not want to properly formalize the presence of its equipment in the building, i.e., to conclude an agreement with the condominium. In this case, the AJOAH, if it has such information, will do its best to legalize the relationship with such a provider.
That is why, in order to avoid misunderstandings, due to possible temporary Internet outages, please provide information about your Internet provider by 01.12.2023.
