Dear residents!
On 28 October, Euro-Reconstruction LLC, in cooperation with the city's heating networks, carried out work on connecting the district's buildings to the heating system and established the working pressure in the city's heating system.
In the evening of 28 October, a small puddle of warm water formed in the flowerbed near the 1st entrance. On the morning of 29 October, the condominium management board immediately notified the relevant city departments of the suspected break in the coolant pipe. All measures were taken to localise the accident. Until the damage is repaired, the supply of coolant to our building has been cut off.
Therefore, we do not have hot water. The heating will not start yet. The Management Board is doing everything necessary to restore the supply of heat to our building as soon as possible.

Please be advised that on 27 October 2025 (Monday), renovation work will begin on the lifts in our building (replacement of the control system).

In 2023, the General Meeting of Florence 5 condominiums decided to participate in the Kyiv City Program for co-financing the reconstruction, restoration, overhaul, and technical re-equipment of the common property of apartment buildings, approved by the decision of the Kyiv City Council dated 22.12.2016 No. 780/1784 "On Approval of the Regulation on Co-financing the Reconstruction, Restoration, Overhaul, and Technical Re-equipment of the Common Property in Apartment Buildings in the City of Kyiv" as amended. By Order No. 17 of January 16, 2025. of the Dniprovskyi District State Administration in Kyiv on the overhaul of facilities financed in 2025 from the budget of the Dniprovskyi District State Administration in Kyiv, the co-financing program was resumed, which allowed us to resume the overhaul of our elevators.
In accordance with the requirements of the law, the technical and quality characteristics of the procurement item, the amount of the budget allocation, and the expected value of the procurement item are substantiated in accordance with clause 41 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 710 "On the Effective Use of Public Funds" dated October 11, 2016, which can be found at this link or below:

Dear residents of the house!
EURO-RECONSTRUCTION LLC announces the start of repair works on Sheptytskoho Street, Dniprovskyi district. The works are scheduled to be carried out from 09:00 on 21.07.2025 to 23:50 on 25.07.2025.
These works involve disconnecting the supply of heat carrier to our building (5 Florency St.), and therefore there will be no hot water supply during this period!
