We would like to inform you that today, during the scheduled power supply to our building, one of the three input phases was overloaded, causing the 250A input fuse to blow.
The problem was quickly diagnosed, a spare fuse was available, and it will be replaced with a new one during the next scheduled power cut.
This work cannot be done while the load is active, so the work was slightly delayed until the scheduled power cut! We ask for your understanding in such situations.
We ask all residents, in the event of a power outage, to turn off any appliances that were running while the power was on, as turning the power back on creates an excessive load, which can lead to such results.
