To create the prerequisites for providing round-the-clock condominium services, in accordance with the planned activities of the condominium staff, the staff of the executive director and the board of the AJOAH "Florencii 5" conducted on November 16 and 17, 2019 for repairing the auxiliary premises of our house.
1. From the auxiliary room of our house was taken out garbage, old and unusable furniture:

Separately, we note that payment for the removal of bulky garbage was not taken into account in the AJOAH tariff, therefore its owner is responsible for its removal and disposal. The issue is complex and will require additional settlement at the general meeting of the AJOAH. We are preparing proposals for a solution!
5. Bulk garbage was disassembled and taken out (which fit in the ordered "gazelle") at our old heat point:
All work was carried out on an altruistic basis, that is, free of charge for our society!
Garbage removal cost AJOAH 1 630 UAH.
