Dear co-owners!
The Board informs that on 25 December, members of the counting commission Lyubov Ivanivna Golub (apartment 183) and Anna Oleksandrivna Zinchenko (apartment 026) withdrew from their duties and refused to conduct a written survey. They explained their actions by stating that they did not agree with the format of the written survey regarding the list and composition of candidates for the Board.
We remind members of the counting commission Lyubov Ivanivna Golub and Anna Oleksandrivna Zinchenko that obstructing the expression of the will of co-owners and obstructing the activities of the condominium association are illegal actions.
For additional information, the written survey form was developed by the Secretary and Chairman of the General Meeting of the Condominium Association on 20 December 2025 in accordance with the Statute and Laws of Ukraine based on the decisions of the General Meeting (audio and video recordings were made in the hall and anyone can familiarise themselves with the course of events). This questionnaire was agreed upon by the HOA's lawyer and approved by the HOA's Board, and its contents were published at 07:30:28 on 25 December 2025 on the HOA's official website and Telegram channel.
We also inform you that the corrections made by the members of the counting commission, Lyubov Ivanivna Golub and Anna Oleksandrivna Zinchenko, to the written survey sheet are unacceptable. Omitting key information for voters about candidates, such as the candidate's activities in the HOA since 2016, as well as the fact that the candidate is an independent, misleads voters!
Therefore, the Board informs the co-owners of the condominium association that there has been an attempt to forge written survey forms! Let us not be provoked by irresponsible individuals.
The Board will ensure that the written vote is conducted by authorised members of the counting commission without the participation of Lyubov Ivanivna Golub and Anna Oleksandrivna Zinchenko.
We urge Lyubov Ivanivna Golub (apartment 183) and Anna Oleksandrivna Zinchenko (apartment 026) to return to the legal field and not disrupt the elections – join the survey of co-owners using the approved documents!
