The general meeting was attended by 54 owners and 196 owners took part in a written survey.
The total number of members of the Florencii 5 condominium is 301 people.

Dear co-owners!
Good news! Today, December 15, 2020, in pursuance of a court decision, an examination of our auxiliary premises was carried out by a designated forensic expert.
The event was attended by all the official representatives of the condominiums – the chairman Savicheva A.I., the plaintiff Mazur L.О., lawyers of the condominiums and the full board.
To all co-owners of condominiums who attended the important event, THANK YOU for your real support in protecting common property with your personal presence!
Together we are strong, even state institutions did not dare to physically seize our premises!
Additionally, we inform you that the court is proceeding slowly, but it is proceeding, and the event that took place will contribute to the establishment of justice and legality, we all hope for a fair decision!

Dear residents!
Received payments for November 2020 for heating? Have you looked at the heat consumed by our house? So here it is:
We pay attention to 2 indicators:
- "According to the indicators ... 115.97 GCal was used, as of 11/27/2020";
- "tariff 1 341.53 грн".
According to the indicators of our heat meter for heating on 11/27/2020 we consumed 95,20039 GCal. The difference with the accrued indicators is approximately 20,77 GCal or UAH 27 863.05, and this is only for 26 full days of heating in November 2020!
Later we will work with the numbers above, to calculate the amount of illegal charges specifically for 1 m2 of your apartment.
Following the results of the last heating season, 19-20 years, we already covered the scheme of lawful deception of consumers of heat by incorrect (unfair) distribution of heat on preparation of hot water and on heating of the house.
